Location:

Job Description
- Represent employees in wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters involving unpaid overtime meal and rest breaks unreimbursed expenses and related claims
- Draft pleadings discovery motions and other litigation documents in state and federal court
- Conduct legal research and write clear persuasive briefs and case strategy memos
- Take and defend depositions with guidance from experienced class action litigators
- Help manage a growing caseload and hit deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Work closely with senior attorneys while building toward independently managing your own matters
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Approximately 0 to 2 years of employment law experience with exposure to wage and hour class actions and or PAGA preferred
- Strong legal research writing and communication skills
- Organized detail oriented and able to manage priorities and deadlines
