What youll do

• Lead and coach a team of brokers to hit weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Drive pipeline discipline so no customer is left behind.
• Embed the Find Buy Own framework into every sales conversation from property search to refinancing.
• Run training huddles call reviews and 1:1 coaching sessions to sharpen performance.
• Leverage tools like VOXI Loom and AI insights to spot opportunities and drive improvement.
• Build a culture of accountability energy and customer-first success.

Qualifications :

• Experienced Sales Manager with a track record of leading brokers lenders or phone-based sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of home loan products property transactions and financing strategies.
• Proven ability to deliver sales results while driving broader initiatives like cross-sell and lifetime customer value.

• Thrives in a fast-paced agile environment where strategies evolve quickly.
