About the Role
Were looking for a proactive and experienced Practice Manager to lead our operations and drive excellence across AIM Therapys clinics. In this pivotal role youll guide a team of administrators and support our growing team of therapists in a fast-paced environment.
You will provide leadership and direction to your team working in partnership with the business to create a culture of performance and excellence in all aspects of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple paediatric therapy clinics
- Manage systems and processes to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Lead and support our fantastic administration team and clinicians
- Coordinate schedules cancellations and waitlists to optimise diary management
- Recruit and onboard new administrative staff and clinicians
- Provide leadership training and performance management for admin staff
- Ensure an exceptional experience for families and clinicians handling escalated enquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Oversee billing processes for Medicare NDIS and private health claims
- Maintain compliance with NDIS and Medicare requirements
- Drive process improvements and support business growth initiatives
- Foster a positive collaborative and family-focused team culture
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience in a management and/or high-level practice administrative position
- Knowledge of KPIs and caseload management
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
- Understanding of NDIS & associated funding private health processes and compliance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support a small team
Desirable:
- Diploma of Practice Management or other Business/Management course highly regarded
- Experience in HR functions and basic financial management
- Proficient in the use of Zanda (formerly Powerdiary) or experience in other similar calendar management software
