AECOMs Human Resources Team has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. You will be supporting a client group of around 250 team members in our Sydney office.
Working with a diverse range of client groups you will be responsible for all facets of Human Resources support including:
- Employee Relations
- Performance
- Culture
- Reward & Talent Management
- Building the people management capabilities of our leaders
- Facilitating and supporting change management
- Leading and supporting HR projects
- Working with managers to improve our employee experience.
In addition to partnering with business leaders within key client groups you will work as part of a core team of HR Specialists both regionally and nationally. Reporting to the People & Culture Lead New South Wales & Canberra.
Qualifications :
You will have knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Australian Awards and experience handling HR queries on a broad range of issues. You will be confident interpreting People Policies and providing advice to managers. Ideally you would have 5 years experience working in Human Resources in a dynamic environment.
