Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements for WMS and SCN solutions.
- Analyze current warehouse and supply chain processes; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Configure and validate Manhattan WMS functionalities including receiving inventory picking and shipping.
- Support SCN modules for transportation planning order orchestration and network optimization.
- Develop functional specifications process flows and integration requirements.
- Coordinate with technical teams for system design testing and deployment.
- Conduct UAT training and change management for end-users.
- Ensure compliance with governance security and operational standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years as Business Analyst in Manhattan WMS and SCN implementations.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations supply chain processes and ERP/WMS integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS or earlier versions.
- Familiarity with API-based integrations data mapping and reporting tools.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement documentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Jira Confluence) preferred.
