Job Summary
As the Credit Officer Insurance you will ensure the accurate and timely management of system processes and action requirements
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Action notification requests that come through the system (Salesforce/Financial Force) from the Commercial team
- Collections (Insurance Division)
- Support backup for the Banking team
- Follow up on unallocated payments/invoices for stakeholders (i.e. customers)
- Working with Insurance Division to resolve claims
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous at least 5 years experience in credit controller role
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence and strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Highly motivated and ability to keep up with a high performance team
- Quick to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Proficient skills in Salesforce/Financial Force and D365 ideal
