Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

- Planning & achieving sales objectives & monthly sales target

- To generate new customer list with existing customer base

- Create value to customer with Companys solution

- Liaise and meet up with customers to generate new sales and provide technical support as and when required

- Establish and maintain strong rapport with architect/ homeowner/ consultant to promote sales

- Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices quotations costings completion of technical specifications delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers

- Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline

- Sales background with knowledge in air-conditioning industry will be an added advantage

- Strong salesmanship customer oriented and results-focused

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision

- Computer literate knowledge in Microsoft applications a must

- Applicants with own car will be considered with priority

Working hours:

Mon to Fri 8:30am to 6pm
