Job Summary

The role

  • Answering the telephone and connecting telephone calls.
  • Providing meeting support.
  • Preparing meeting rooms for client meetings.
  • Air rail and hotel bookings. Liaising with travel agencies.
  • Collecting letters and parcels.
  • Liaising with courier companies. Sending parcels and letters by courier.
  • Caring for the positive image of our law firm.
  • Providing day-to-day assistance to other members of the Clifford Chance team.
  • Working from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

 


Qualifications :

Your experience

  • Fluency in Polish and English;
  • Computer skills in MS Office;
  • Good organisation of work and the ability to set priorities;
  • Reliability;
  • Involvement;
  • High personal culture.
