Job Description

Setup and Location: WFH
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (AEDT) 6:00 AM 3:00 PM (PH Time)

As a Sales Consultant you ll be part of a collaborative team supporting one another to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve. You ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients showcasing your professionalism and warmth whether it s through the smile in your voice over the phone a quick response to a request or ensuring a provider s staffing needs are met without delay. This role blends sales and administration requiring you to build and maintain strong relationships meet KPIs and ensure our processes run smoothly. Every task you complete will contribute to the loving care that empowers our clients to live well.

What You ll Do
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and meet set sales KPIs
  • Respond promptly to client and provider enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Manage rostering scheduling and related administration tasks
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of our sales and service processes
  • Support team members and foster a collaborative client-focused culture
  • Make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by:
  • Living the values with heart by offering friendly helpful assistance across phones and email
  • Showing kindness and respect to staff and clients redirecting enquiries as needed and taking appropriate action to follow up.
  • Identifying needs and providing pathways to solutions whilst maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive enquiries with tact and discretion.
  • Seeking customer feedback where appropriate and appropriately passing it on.
  • Office administration and organisation
  • Contribute to seamless operation and organisation by completing tasks as delegated which may include:
  • Ensuring all customer records are maintained and documented
  • Being consistent and across the office diary meetings enquiries and communications
  • Producing documents spreadsheets entering data and printing reports as required
  • KPIs & Success Measures
  • Number of outbound calls per week
  • Number of qualified appointments booked with providers
  • Conversion rates (calls to meetings meetings to agreements)
  • Client satisfaction and feedback

Requirements

What You Bring
We re looking for someone who:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales business development or account management
  • Healthcare industry exposure or knowledge (NDIS or healthcare providers) is desirable but not essential
  • Strong sales acumen and proven ability to generate and close opportunities
  • Experience with the Australian market is highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication active listening and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) and general computer systems
  • Ability to work independently handle KPIs and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment
