Position Overview:

As a Support and Sales Agent youll play a key role in assisting potential and existing clients across multiple channelsphone email and social media. Your job is to ensure each customer has a smooth and supportive experience while also helping them move forward confidently with their publishing goals. Whether youre resolving a concern or closing a sale your efforts directly contribute to the companys growthand your income.

What Youll Be Doing:

Customer Support & Engagement

Respond to inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
Assist customers through email and social media with timely helpful responses.
Follow support and sales scripts while personalizing the experience when appropriate.

Sales & Conversion Across Channels

Engage leads via phone email and social media DMs.
Help warm leads convert by educating them on packages offers and benefits.
Upsell or recommend additional services based on customer needs.
Track interactions and follow up with interested prospects.

Performance & Learning

Hit or exceed individual sales and support targets.
Participate in regular coaching and training sessions.
Share insights to help improve sales strategies and customer experience.

What Were Looking For:

12 years of experience in phone email or social media-based sales or support (BPO retail publishing or similar industries).
Strong communication skills written and spoken.
Confident friendly and professional presence across all channels.
Self-motivated organized and performance-driven.
Willingness to learn and grow with a supportive team.
Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and CRMs (training provided).

Earning Potential

$800/month base pay.
Fixed 10% commission on net sales with the opportunity to increase up to 16% based on sales volume.
