Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Job Overview:


As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will play a crucial role in driving the companys growth by generating qualified leads and setting the stage for successful sales interactions. Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting engaging potential customers and creating opportunities for the sales team.


Responsibilities:


1. Prospecting:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels including cold calling and email campaigns.


2. Lead Generation:

- Generate and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads for the sales team.

- Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs and pain points.


3. Communication:

- Initiate and maintain effective communication with prospects to build interest in our products/services.

- Clearly articulate the companys value proposition and offerings.


4. Appointment Setting:

- Schedule qualified appointments and demonstrations for the sales team.

- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of leads.


5. CRM Management:

- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (GHL).


6. Feedback Loop:

- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on prospect insights.

- Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on performance metrics.











Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
  • Excellent conversational communication skills both verbal and written with minimal to no accent.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with GHL.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Someone with extensive experience in B2B Appointment Setting.
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Willing to work part time and AEST Time


Excellent spoken and written English. Clear, friendly, professional phone manner. Experience in customer service, appointment setting, or sales support. Confident in using CRM software and scheduling tools (training provided). Ability to follow structured scripts while also adapting to each parent s needs. Comfortable working in Sydney time zone (AEST), ideally between 9:00am 6:00pm. A positive, proactive attitude and genuine care for helping families. Bilingual English and Mandarin is a strong advantage. Many of our families are Mandarin-speaking, so the ability to communicate confidently in Mandarin will be highly valued. Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus. Our CRM and lead management workflows are built in LeadConnector / GHL, so prior experience will be beneficial. Preferred (but not required): Experience supporting education centres, tutoring services, or enrichment programs. Familiarity with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, WeChat, or other communication apps.
