Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a growing organization and become the strategic right-hand to senior leadership. You ll play a pivotal role in transforming how executives operate helping them transition from reactive to proactive management through high-impact administrative support. Working in a technology-forward environment you ll utilize AI tools and modern productivity solutions while managing critical communications coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless executive operations. Responsibilities
- Manage executive email communications and respond to clients as the executive s representative
- Coordinate and facilitate communication across internal stakeholders and multiple teams
- Create compelling presentations and compile strategic materials for executive meetings
- Leverage AI tools to capture summarize and organize meeting minutes for enhanced preparation
- Handle high-priority administrative tasks that enable proactive rather than reactive leadership
- Serve as the central coordination point for executive scheduling and stakeholder management
- Provide administrative support to additional senior team members as the business grows
- Act as a professional liaison between executives and both internal teams and external clients
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives (Vice President Director level or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication skills for professional client interaction and internal coordination
- Advanced proficiency with presentation software and document preparation tools
- Strong independent work ethic with ability to take initiative on complex administrative tasks
- Experience with AI tools and productivity technologies (preferred but not required)
- Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities
- Professional demeanor suitable for representing executives in client-facing situations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment with multiple priorities
