The Role: We are seeking for an experienced Tax Manager who brings not only deep knowledge of local tax regulations but also solid exposure to international taxation particularly in cross-border compliance transfer pricing and global reporting standards. This role is critical in ensuring tax compliance optimizing tax strategies and supporting business operations across multiple jurisdictions.
What Youll Do
- Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of all local tax returns including income tax VAT withholding tax and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations in local jurisdiction to minimize tax risks and penalties.
- Handle tax assessments audits and coordinate responses to inquiries of tax authorities or regulatory agencies.
- Support and advise on cross-border transactions including transfer pricing intercompany charges and tax treaty applications.
- Partner with legal accounting and operations teams to assess ta impact of business changes or expansion plans
- Lead annual tax planning and budgeting develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax position and identifying saving opportunities.
- Monitor changes in tax regulations and advise management on their impact to the company and provide appropriate training and guidance to the finance team on tax-related matters.
- Develop and implement tax governance and frameworks and internal controls
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accountancy Law or Taxation CPA required.
- At least 6-10 5 years of progressive tax experience with significant exposure to international tax (regional APAC US< or EU experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Philippines tax code PEZA and BIR practices OECD guidelines transfer pricing double taxation agreements and cross-border tax planning.
- Experience with Big 4 firm multinational companies BPOs or shared service centers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication. strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication.

Additional Information :
Work setup: FULL ONSITE Monday to Friday
Schedule: 6am to 3pm
