Job Summary

Target Start Date: 1st week of February 2026

Shift: Rotating Shift with 2 days off

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (QC)

Responsibilities:

Store Managers are skilled in motivating developing and leading large teams while maintaining a strong focus on values behaviours and effective communication.
Leading with a proactive and solutions focused mindset with the ability to think strategically interpret data and respond swiftly to changing business and customer demands.
Have a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels managing expectations and collaborating effectively as a team player.
Strong attention to detail supported by excellent planning skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining store productivity and efficiency.
Remain composed under pressure able to adapt to challenging situations and maintain a high level of self-control.
Remain open to feedback focused on self-improvement and driven to identify opportunities to enhance team and business performance.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of fulltime retail work with at least 3 years of that in a store manager level capacity
Amenable to be on rotating schedule
Excel in data-driven decision-making by utilising analytical tools (Power BI Excel) to forecast sales manage budgets and optimise store performance.
Have strong leadership and change management skills with a focus on team-building and effective communication to foster a positive work culture.
Demonstrate solid commercial acumen including financial analysis store budgeting forecasting and strategic planning.
