Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays 8 hours a day.
  • 4 hours overlap within UK business hours the rest is flexible

Scope:

  • 60% marketing-focused responsibilities 40% administrative support
  • Direct collaboration with company founders and leadership team
  • Independent work during remaining hours
  • Long-term role supporting company through launch phase and beyond
  • Opportunity to grow with early-stage healthcare technology startup


Responsibilities:
  • Implement marketing strategies developed by the founding team
  • Manage and post content on LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Create content for various marketing channels
  • Update company web pages with fresh content
  • Handle marketing campaigns from execution to monitoring
  • Provide administrative support for general business operations
  • Collaborate directly with founders during 4-hour daily overlap periods
  • Support the company s preparation for January product launch

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing assistant or similar roles
  • Strong social media management skills particularly LinkedIn
  • Content creation and copywriting abilities
  • Experience with web content management
  • Marketing campaign execution experience
  • Administrative and business operations support capabilities
  • Ability to work independently during non-overlap hours
  • Portfolio of previous marketing work
  • Flexibility to work with 4-hour overlap in UK time zone
