About the Role
Were seeking a Credit Controller to join our thriving team based in East Tamaki Auckland. Reporting to the National Credit Manager youll play a key role in managing customer accounts and ensuring timely debt recovery. Youll collaborate closely with both internal teams and customers working to resolve debt-related issues while providing exceptional customer service.
This is a Permanent Full-Time position offering an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to excellence and driven to achieve results.

If you have a passion for customer service problem-solving and meeting targets this is the role for you! Were looking for someone who is proactive detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience managing high-volume ledgers (2000 customers preferred)
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Advanced Excel skills and keen attention to detail
- A self-motivated flexible and organized approach to work
