Were looking for an experienced Credit Control Manager to establish and lead our credit control function a newly created role that will play a key part in strengthening our cashflow management credit risk processes and debt collection practices.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to shape best practice from the ground up: designing processes setting KPIs and introducing a structured and values-driven approach to managing our receivables.
Responsibilities will include
- Managing credit risk debt collection and dispute resolution
- Optimising cashflow through effective process management and stakeholder engagement
- Establishing and embedding key processes controls and performance measures
- Leading coaching and developing a small team to achieve operational excellence
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and streamline end-to-end billing and credit processes
Qualifications :

Were looking for a values-based leader who builds credibility through action and expertise. Youll bring:
- Proven experience leading a credit control or collections team in a complex high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of credit risk and collections best practices
- Confidence establishing KPIs processes and reporting frameworks
- Confidence handling escalations negotiations and dispute resolutions
- Experience in both B2C and B2B environments (preferred)
- A resilient positive outlook and be a collaborative team player
