Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Mobilization of funds (deposits/investments) from individuals and corporate entities towards ensuring that the Company s liquidity requirements are met.
- Originate/process customers loan requests/ loan documentation
- Proven networks for the sale of proof of funds
- Follow up with customers for loan repayments / remedial
- Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Develop customer leads through cold calls referrals social media etc.
- Expedite the resolution of customer challenges and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Submit periodic reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree/ HND in any discipline
- Minimum of 3-year sales experience from microfinance institution(s)
- Excellent fund mobilization skills
- Excellent loan processing and loan recovery skills
- Ability to identify business opportunities
- Excellent business development and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiating skills.
