Job Description

The role is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive marketing and client services strategy that aligns with company s overall business goals. The successful candidate will strengthen client relationships drive revenue growth through business development and position the company as a market leader through effective brand management and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business.

  • Drive business growth by identifying developing and managing new and existing client relationships.

  • Lead the Company s brand management marketing and public relations initiatives to enhance corporate visibility and reputation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely service delivery to clients.

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and pricing strategies to capture and expand market share.

  • Establish and manage strategic alliances networks and partnerships to generate new business opportunities.

  • Oversee corporate events advertising marketing materials and publications.

  • Monitor industry trends statutory bodies and competitors to support business strategy and market expansion.

  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of all information.



Requirements

  • HR outsourcing and service/product development

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Financial analysis and advisory skills

  • Brand management and corporate communications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


Skills & Competencies
  • Strong business development and client relationship management experience

  • Excellent communication (written & oral) presentation and negotiation skills

  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
