Job Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in
the skincare and beauty industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare and
beauty products have a deep understanding of the market and possess exceptional sales and
customer service skills. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving sales
building strong customer relationships and representing our brand with enthusiasm and
professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify engage and convert potential customers across retail B2B and direct sales channels.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market presence.
Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about the latest products industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of skincare products ingredients and routines.
  • Educate customers on product benefits usage and skincare routines.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance product knowledge.
Brand Representation & Promotional Activities:
  • Participate in and organize promotional events trade shows and product launches.
  • Support marketing campaigns through in-store promotions and product demonstrations.
  • Ensure strong product merchandising displays and visibility in partner stores.

Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • A bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • 2 years of proven sales experience ideally within the beauty skincare or
  • wellness sector.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products consumer behavior and beauty
    industry trends.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passionate about skincare and beauty.
