Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in
the skincare and beauty industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare and
beauty products have a deep understanding of the market and possess exceptional sales and
customer service skills. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving sales
building strong customer relationships and representing our brand with enthusiasm and
professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify engage and convert potential customers across retail B2B and direct sales channels.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market presence.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest products industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of skincare products ingredients and routines.
- Educate customers on product benefits usage and skincare routines.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance product knowledge.
Brand Representation & Promotional Activities:
- Participate in and organize promotional events trade shows and product launches.
- Support marketing campaigns through in-store promotions and product demonstrations.
- Ensure strong product merchandising displays and visibility in partner stores.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- 2 years of proven sales experience ideally within the beauty skincare or
- wellness sector.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products consumer behavior and beauty
industry trends.
