Job Title: Sales Executive Switchgear & Lighting (Nairobi Kenya)
Location: Nairobi Kenya

Experience Required: 14 years in Switchgear Sales and/or Lighting Products Sales
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the switchgear and lighting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships driving sales growth and expanding our market presence across Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell switchgear lighting and electrical products to contractors consultants developers and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the region.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Conduct product presentations technical discussions and site visits as required.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports forecasts and market analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations deliveries and customer support.
Requirements
14 years of proven sales experience in switchgear lighting products or related electrical industry (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of electrical components lighting solutions panels and switchgear systems.
Existing network with contractors consultants or distributors in Kenya is an advantage.
Excellent communication negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Valid driving license preferred.
