Marketing Executive Content & Creative Design

Role Overview
The Marketing Executive Content & Creative Design will be responsible for conceptualizing designing and producing high-quality marketing content that drives Roamtechs brand storytelling and engagement. This role will transform ideas and campaign strategies into compelling visual and written content across digital print and social platforms - ensuring alignment with the companys growth marketing and communication goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Content Development
o Design marketing materials such as brochures digital banners pitch decks infographics and social media creatives.
o Create visual content (images videos motion graphics) for campaigns events and product launches.
o Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
2. Content Strategy & Storytelling
o Collaborate with the GMCM to execute content strategies aligned with business goals.
o Draft and edit engaging content for websites blogs newsletters and social media platforms.
o Contribute to the development of case studies product explainers and thought leadership content.
3. Digital & Social Media Support
o Assist in the execution of digital campaigns through creative asset development.
o Optimize content for SEO engagement and conversions.
o Support community management by developing creative posts and responses for brand pages.
4. Brand & Communication Support
o Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
o Work closely with internal teams to support communication initiatives and event branding.
o Manage visual content libraries and creative templates.
5. Analytics & Optimization
o Track content performance across digital channels and report insights.
o Recommend creative improvements based on engagement metrics and audience feedback.
Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelors degree in Marketing Graphic Design Communications or related field.
4 years of experience in content creation digital design or creative marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Premiere Pro After Effects).
Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
Required Skills:
Qualifications & Competencies Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field. 4 years of experience in marketing preferably B2B or technology sector. Hands-on experience with digital tools (Google Analytics LinkedIn Campaign Manager HubSpot or similar). Strong project management coordination and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Energetic proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
