The doorman maintains building security providing excellent customer service and assisting visitors and guests. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors monitoring building access assisting with packages handling inquiries managing deliveries and maintaining the hotel entrance cleanliness and order. Doormen also help with local information coordinate with other staff and report any suspicious activities or security issues to the management.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and control who enters and exits the building verify visitors and report any suspicious activity.
- Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner according to Borgo Pignano service standards provide information and assist with various needs.
- Provide directions and act as a liaison between visitors/guests and front of house colleagues.
- Give instructions concerning parking facilities and on how to reach the desired destination within the property.
- Receive and manage incoming mail and packages ensuring relevant colleagues are notified.
- Keep the hotel entrance organized and presentable to create a positive impression.
- Respond to emergencies follow safety protocols and report hazards to supervisors.
Qualifications :
SKILLS
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort is preferred
- English : Intermediate level
- References
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
