Senior Staff Software Engineer Impact Central AI

What you get to do in this role: 

• Design and lead development of AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business impact from automation and insights to intelligent customer experiences.
• Build high-quality scalable and reusable systems with a focus on AI integration applying best practices in architecture testing CI/CD and performance at scale.
• Partner with product owners and cross-functional leaders to shape technical strategy translating complex business challenges into AI-powered solutions that drive efficiency innovation and measurable results.
• Drive the end-to-end AI lifecycle: data collection model integration monitoring and continuous improvement at both the product and platform level.
• Explore and evaluate emerging AI frameworks LLMs and automation tools prototyping innovative solutions and guiding adoption across teams.
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor promoting knowledge-sharing AI literacy and responsible adoption of AI practices across engineering teams.
• Influence and define architectural standards ensuring alignment with long-term business and technology strategy.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

• Deep expertise in leveraging AI to drive business and operational impact with a proven ability to integrate AI into large-scale systems workflows and customer experiences.
• 10 years of experience with Java or a similar OO language including architecting and delivering complex high-performance systems.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and modern web frameworks (React Angular Vue) with a focus on intelligent componentized solutions.
• Strong command of data structures algorithms design patterns and large-scale system design.
• Experience with cloud platforms and AI services with the ability to assess trade-offs and architect solutions that scale.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex projects with material technical risk driving impact across teams and organizations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction and mentor engineers at all levels.
