Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Scope:

Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm Central with an hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls in both English and Spanish
Take detailed messages and relay them via email
Input call information and notes into MyCase CRM
Handle basic status inquiries and updates
Follow provided scripts for call handling
Send email notifications about calls
Maintain professional communication standards
Assist with administrative tasks

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
Legal experience is a huge plus but not a requirement
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to handle high call volume
Experience with CRM systems preferred
Professional phone manner
Basic computer proficiency
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
