Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Scope:

  • Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm Central with an hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in both English and Spanish
  • Take detailed messages and relay them via email
  • Input call information and notes into MyCase CRM
  • Handle basic status inquiries and updates
  • Follow provided scripts for call handling
  • Send email notifications about calls
  • Maintain professional communication standards
  • Assist with administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
  • Legal experience is a huge plus but not a requirement
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle high call volume
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Professional phone manner
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
