The Role
Were hiring immediately for a Full-Time Sales Representative role. Youll gain hands-on training in both product knowledge and sales skills everything from strategic communication and presentation delivery to negotiation and customer experience.
This position sets the foundation for a long-term career in leadership sales management or customer success and we offer paid training for dedicated employees.
What Youll Do
- Conduct engaging educational sales presentations for homeowners on energy-efficient exterior remodeling solutions
- Participate in structured sales coaching sessions and training workshops each week
- Contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Build your personal book of business and grow within our merit-based structure
What Were Looking For
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Sales experience is strongly preferred
- Confident public speaking ability and natural presence
- Driven and self-disciplined; motivated by long-term career success
- Coachable curious and eager to learn new skills
- Enjoy working with people and building relationships
What Youll Earn
- $4000 Sign-on Bonus paid in $500 weekly installments over your first 8 weeks
- $25000 Base Salary uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses
- Top performers can earn $200000 annually
