quality scalable and innovative technology products.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between client
requirements and our technical teams ensuring clarity documentation and smooth
execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Join client meetings/calls to capture analyze and clarify business requirements.
Translate client needs into functional and technical documentation such as:
o Functional Requirement Document (FRD)
o Software Requirement Specification (SRS)
o Technical Architecture Documentation
o Proposals / Presentations for client understanding
Collaborate closely with Project Managers Developers and Designers to ensure
requirements are well-understood and accurately implemented.
Perform requirement analysis gap analysis and feasibility studies for proposed
solutions.
Ensure requirements are clear complete and testable.
Create wireframes flowcharts and process diagrams to aid client and team
understanding.
Support the preparation of project timelines effort estimations and cost analysis in
collaboration with technical leads.
Maintain and update requirement documents throughout the project lifecycle.
Use analytical thinking to identify risks dependencies and potential blockers early
in the project.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and
methodologies (Agile Scrum preferred).
Proficiency in MS Word Excel PowerPoint and other documentation tools.
Ability to prepare structured documents with attention to detail.
Analytical skills to understand both functional and technical perspectives.
Good understanding of technology stacks (web mobile apps APIs databases
integrations).
Experience in preparing process flows wireframes and requirement matrices.
Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with international clients.
Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage client expectations effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT Business Administration or related
field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a
technology/software development company.
Experience in client-facing roles with exposure to global clients will be preferred.
