We are building a performance-first inside sales team. This role is for ambitious self-driven salespeople who can take full ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to upfront payment collection without any support.

We re building a performance-first sales team. This role is for self-driven closers who can own the full sales cycle from prospecting pitching closing upfront payment without relying on any support.

Role Overview
This is a full-time probation role with strict daily and monthly revenue targets. You will:

  • Generate your own leads through LinkedIn calls email and networking.
  • Pitch and sell IT/digital services with clarity and speed.
  • Close deals in one call / same day with upfront collections.
  • Take full responsibility for achieving strict daily revenue targets.
  • Take full responsibility for your pipeline performance and outcomes.
  • Follow the 3-strike policy fail 3 days out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify SMBs startups and enterprises needing IT SaaS or digital marketing.
  • Run sales presentations (calls Google Meet/Zoom emails LinkedIn).
  • Handle objections negotiate and close deals with upfront payment collection.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and report daily KPIs.
  • Hit strict daily weekly and monthly revenue targets.
  • Ensure smooth project handover with delivery teams.

Ideal Candidate

  • 1 4 years of inside sales / BDE experience (IT/SaaS/digital preferred).
  • Only candidates with proven experience in IT / SaaS / Digital Marketing sales will be considered. Please do not apply if your background is in retail insurance or field sales.
  • Proven ability to close deals and collect upfront payments.
  • Strong consultative selling & account management skills.
  • Hungry ambitious and able to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English & Hindi; extra languages are a plus).
  • Comfortable with a performance-first zero-support environment.
  • Proven ability to work under high pressure hit targets and self-motivate.
  • Proven B2B revenue generation track record.
  • Comfortable in a performance-first zero-support culture.
  • Must be available to join immediately.

What We Offer

  • Probation (Strict): Small fixed base ( 8K 10K) 8 12% commission (uncapped).
  • Earning Potential: 1L per month for consistent performers.
  • Growth: Higher base incentives after probation for proven closers.
  • Culture: Fast-paced merit-based zero tolerance for non-performance.
