Job Description: Partnerships Account Manager SaaS Company

We re seeking a dynamic Partnerships Account Manager to drive strategic alliances and fuel our growth.

Job Summary:
The Partnerships Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for building managing and growing strategic partnerships to drive revenue and enhance our SaaS product offerings. As a key liaison between **VIZMO** and its channel partners you will recruit new partners nurture existing relationships and align partnerships with company goals to maximize mutual success. This role requires strong relationship management strategic thinking and a deep understanding of the SaaS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner Recruitment: Identify and onboard new channel partners (e.g. resellers system integrators or technology partners) that align with the company s SaaS offerings and strategic goals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with partners acting as their primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.
Revenue Growth: Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue by collaborating with partners on co-selling co-marketing and referral programs.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with partners ensuring alignment with Vizmo s objectives and KPIs.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance metrics conducting regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales marketing and product teams to ensure partners have the resources training and support needed to succeed.
Onboarding and Enablement: Facilitate partner onboarding provide training on company name s SaaS products and leverage Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools to streamline collaboration.
Market Insights: Stay informed about SaaS industry trends competitive landscapes and emerging opportunities to position partnerships strategically.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on partnership performance pipeline and revenue contributions using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Experience:
3 years of experience in partnership management account management or business development preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships or channel sales.
Experience with CRM and PRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Zoho CRM or PartnerStack).
Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with partners and internal teams.
Strong negotiation and strategic planning abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and optimize performance.
Familiarity with SaaS products cloud technologies or related software ecosystems.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Asana Slack).
Traits:
Self-starter with a proactive results-driven approach.
Ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with channel marketing strategies or co-marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of integration platforms (iPaaS) or account mapping tools.
Existing network of contacts within the SaaS or technology partner ecosystem.
