Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Plan execute and deliver construction projects within scope budget and timelines.
Coordinate with architects consultants contractors and site engineers for project execution.
Prepare and monitor project schedules resource allocation and cost control.
Ensure compliance with quality safety and statutory regulations.
Conduct site visits and inspections to track progress and resolve issues.
Prepare and present project status reports MIS and documentation to management and clients.
Manage procurement vendor negotiations and subcontractor performance.
Handle risk management and problem resolution during execution.
Lead project teams and ensure proper communication across stakeholders.
Ensure timely handover of projects with adherence to specifications and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of construction project management civil engineering and site execution.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project Primavera AutoCAD ERP systems).
Expertise in budgeting cost estimation and contract management.
Excellent leadership decision-making and team management skills.
