Industry & Sector: A high-volume global IT staffing and talent-acquisition services provider focused on the US technology market. We partner with enterprise and mid-market software cloud data and DevOps teams to deliver mission-critical engineering and product talent remotely. This role supports distributed US hiring at scale operating across time zones to deliver fast high-quality technical hires.
Role & Responsibilities
Own full-cycle US IT hiring for software engineering cloud data DevOps and related technical roles from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
Proactively source passive and active candidates using Boolean search LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub Stack Overflow and niche technical channels to build a strong pipeline.
Conduct technical phone/virtual screens evaluate skills fit present shortlists and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Manage end-to-end offer process: compensation benchmarking presenting offers negotiating closing candidates and managing counter-offers.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in ATS track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill pipeline health) and deliver hiring forecasts to stakeholders.
Collaborate with sourcing delivery and account teams to refine job briefs market mapping and targeted outreach strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
2 years of proven US technical / IT recruiting experience working remotely from India with US-based clients or hiring managers.
Strong sourcing skills: advanced Boolean search LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub/StackOverflow sourcing and social outreach.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Greenhouse Lever Workday) and strong data-entry discipline.
Excellent English communication stakeholder management and experience closing offers for mid-to-senior technical candidates.
Preferred
Experience recruiting for cloud backend data engineering DevOps or product engineering roles at startups or enterprise clients.
Basic knowledge of US work authorization/visa types (H1B OPT GC) and international hiring nuances.
