Role Overview

We are seeking a driven IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role will focus on identifying assessing and delivering top technology talent for our global clients across domains such as software development infrastructure cloud data project management cybersecurity and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with hiring managers and account leads to understand technical job requirements.
Source identify and attract IT professionals using portals networking headhunting LinkedIn and social platforms.
Screen resumes to assess technical skillsets experience project background and cultural fit.
Conduct technical pre-screening discussions and evaluate candidate readiness.
Coordinate interviews track feedback manage negotiations and close offers.
Maintain data accuracy and recruitment workflows in ATS/CRM tools.
Build strong talent pipelines for niche and high-demand skill sets.
Share recruitment insights talent market trends and competitive intelligence.
Meet weekly/monthly hiring goals and SLA commitments.
Maintain exceptional candidate experience and strong relationship management.
