Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs job requirements and organizational culture.

  • Source attract and engage candidates through job boards social media networking and referrals.

  • Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

  • Provide clients with regular updates and insights on hiring progress and market trends.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to create a positive recruitment experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve placement targets and business growth.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices recruitment tools and labor market trends.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in recruitment in Mid and Senior level hiring Non-IT industry.

  • Exceptional communication interpersonal and decision-making skills

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office database management and internet search

  • Familiarity with job boards and HR software databases and management systems.
