Key Responsibilities

Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs job requirements and organizational culture.
Source attract and engage candidates through job boards social media networking and referrals.
Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Provide clients with regular updates and insights on hiring progress and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to create a positive recruitment experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve placement targets and business growth.
Stay updated on industry best practices recruitment tools and labor market trends.

Skills and Qualifications

2 years experience in recruitment in Mid and Senior level hiring Non-IT industry.
Exceptional communication interpersonal and decision-making skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office database management and internet search
Familiarity with job boards and HR software databases and management systems.
