Partnership Development

Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure collaboration and mutual growth.

Campaign Management

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute co-branded campaigns that resonate with target audiences;

Monitor and analyze campaign performance providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders;

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

Liaise with key internal stakeholders to align partnership goals with broader marketing strategies and business objectives;

Present partnership strategies and results to senior leadership ensuring alignment on performance and areas for improvement.

Market Analysis

Conduct regular market research to identify trends competitor activities and potential partnership opportunities within the space.

Customer Relationship Management

Develop and implement initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement and loyalty among our fan base through partnerships;

Facilitate feedback loops with partners and customers to continuously improve partnership offerings.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years experience in partnership management marketing or business development within the  sector preferably in sports or entertainment;

Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and delivering results;

Ability to develop and execute innovative partnership strategies that align with business goals;

Strong negotiation skills with experience in forming win-win agreements with external partners;

Proficient in analyzing data and trends to inform decision-making processes and partnership effectiveness;

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively;

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and achieving results;

Strong relationship-building skills capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders;

A genuine enthusiasm for Formula 1 and motorsport with an understanding of fan engagement dynamics;

Available to travel extensively based on the need of the role
