REQUIREMENTS:
Matric
2 years of call centre/telesales experience
Proven track record of success in telesales or in a call centre
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (100% requirement)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Patience when dealing with customers
Ability to communicate and build rapport with clients

DUTIES:
Customer Assistance: Assess client needs and provide product recommendations based on customer preferences.
Product Knowledge: Possess detailed knowledge about the products being sold including materials design features dimensions and care instructions.
Sales Process: Explain the benefits of different products answer questions and handle customer objections. Upsell or cross-sell complementary items such as accessories or warranties.
Providing Information on Delivery & Assembly: Inform customers about delivery timelines costs and any assembly or set-up options available. Arrange for deliveries or coordinate with logistics teams.
Meeting Sales Targets: Work toward achieving sales targets through effective customer interaction and closing sales.
