ðð¼ The Role Client Success Specialist: Pack House System SupportAs a Client Success Specialist youll be the bridge between our clients and our software. Youll ensure users get maximum value from our systems through training support and relationship play a key role in implementing and supporting tailored software solutions that deliver the reliability depth and flexibility DiPAR is known for.ð Key Responsibilities

Monthly Salary: R10000 - R25000
- Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone email remote session or in person.
Guide clients through the implementation training and support of DiPARs software solutions.
Build long-term relationships with client teams and stakeholders.
Test and validate system updates or custom modifications.
Deliver client implementation training & support sessions remotely and onsite.
Participate in after-hours or standby support on a rotational basis.
- Strong communication skills in English (Afrikaans beneficial).
A collaborative solutions-driven mindset.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Comfort in fast-paced evolving environments.
Technical aptitude or experience in ERP / software systems / agri-business (advantageous).
