TECHNICAL CALL CENTRE OPERATOR
Job Summary: (not limited to)
- Answering or making calls related to vehicle on road breakdowns.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to calls received.
- Engaging in active listening confirming and clarifying information to ensure procedural activation of support staff.
- Constant follow up and feedback on all calls received.
- Utilising software databases and relevant tools appropriately to ensure swift resolution of all calls received.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirement:
- Matric
- Minimum 2 years experience in Technical / Mechanical environment.
- Understanding Truck and Trailer functionality and terms.
- Shift (Day & Night) and weekend work required.
- Proficiency with computers Word Excel Tracking etc.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in multiple languages will be an advantage.
