Job Description

Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Global Communications Manager who is collaborative and drivento join us in our Global Corporate Communications team based in our Brussels office in Belgium.

About the role

You will be working in a team that helps shape UCBs global voice across immunology and neurology. This hands-on role focuses on executing communication strategies for both launched and pipeline products driving disease awareness and amplifying UCBs corporate initiatives across internal and external channels.

Who youll work with

Youll be part of a high-performing and cross-functional team collaborating closely with global regional and local colleagues across Commercial Medical Regulatory Marketing and Market Access. Youll also liaise with media agencies and internal teams to ensure clear consistent and aligned communications.

What youll do

  • Support and deliver global communication strategies aligned with brand and corporate priorities
  • Create high-impact communication materials including campaign assets press releases and internal content
  • Partner with media and manage outreach and social media integration
  • Lead internal review processes and ensure content meets all compliance standards
  • Monitor industry trends and identify risks supporting issue and reputation management
  • Manage project timelines budgets and agency relationships with accountability


Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5 years of experience in healthcare or pharma communications preferably in a communications agency
  • Strong writing and messaging skills for internal media and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Experience working in cross-functional international teams
  • Skilled in budget management and measuring communication effectiveness
