Position Overview
We are seeking aChild Social Worker (LMSW) to provide mental health services to patients aged 6 and above in a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx NY. This hybrid position offers flexible scheduling with only one on-site day required weekly. Bilingual candidates are required.

Qualifications
- Education:Master of Social Work from an accredited program
- Licensure:Active New York State LMSW License
- Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience with children aged 6 and above
- Requirements:Must have an active Medicaid; Bilingual (mandatory)
- Technical Skills:Child psychosocial assessments evidence-based therapies case management
- Soft Skills:Cultural competence empathy strong communication with children and families collaborative approach
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychosocial assessments and therapeutic services to children aged 6
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain active Medicaid provider status
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Provide culturally competent care to diverse populations
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
- Conduct family sessions and provide support to caregivers
