About the Role
We are setting up new state-of-the-art feed manufacturing facilities at Vijayawada and Jaipur and are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead civil works utilities and plant commissioning. The role involves end-to-end project execution of greenfield feed manufacturing units ensuring timely delivery quality standards and cost efficiency. Prior experience in setting up Green Field Projects in Process Industry Feed Fertilizer or FMCG etc.

About the Role

- Project Planning & Execution
- Lead civil construction utilities and plant setup activities for greenfield feed manufacturing units.
- Develop project timelines budgets and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with architects contractors vendors and consultants to ensure smooth execution.
- Plant Commissioning
- Supervise installation and commissioning of process equipment utilities and support infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and statutory norms.
- Conduct trial runs testing and handover of facilities to operations teams.
- Vendor & Contractor Management
- Identify negotiate and manage contracts with civil electrical and mechanical contractors.
- Monitor contractor performance against milestones and SLAs.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams including procurement production EHS and finance.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress challenges and corrective actions.
- Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all environmental statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with local authorities for project approvals and clearances.
- Bachelors Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Project Engineering (Masters preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in Greenfield projects(preferably feed food fertilizer or process industries).
- Strong exposure to civil construction utilities and commissioning of manufacturing plants.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects within cost and time constraints.
- Excellent leadership vendor management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Willingness to be based at project sites (Vijayawada/Jaipur).
