Loopio is looking for an operations wizard to join our Revenue Operations team as a Marketing Operations Manager. Reporting to the Chief of Staff Revenue the Marketing Operations Manager will be accountable for marketing automation performance measurement funnel operations data governance and technology strategy to ensure that Loopio delivers predictable measurable pipeline impact. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on operational expertise across the full revenue funnel.

This is a highly collaborative role that will work alongside various cross functional teams including Marketing Sales CX and Product. The Marketing Operations Manager will manage the end-to-end operational execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Own the marketing technology stack (MAP CRM ABM tools data orchestration attribution analytics) and drive consolidation integrations and optimization.

  • Build and optimize automated workflows nurture programs and lifecycle tracks.

  • Manage and optimize email deliverability domain reputation send thresholds and compliance

  • Partner cross functionally on data synchronization field mapping and integration integrity between systems

  • Ensure systems scale with growth reduce manual work and support automation and personalization

  • Develop and socialize Marketing KPI frameworks from engagement to conversion

  • Partner with marketing leaders to operationalize multi-channel GTM campaigns.

  • Build and maintain multi-touch attribution dashboards using BI tools

  • Support functional leads with the management and tracking of the marketing budget including forecasting reconciliation and reporting.

What Youll Bring to the Team

  • 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations Revenue Operations or Performance Marketing

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Hubspot Salesforce and other marketing automation platforms.

  • Experience with HockeyStack ReachDesk Outreach ZoomInfo 6sense and other Inbound and Outbound reporting and automation tools.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms campaign management tools and CRM systems.

  • Track record of improving funnel conversion rates campaign performance and marketing ROI

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills working seamlessly with RevOps IT Product and Sales to execute scalable marketing systems and workflows.

  • Excellent project management event operations organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

  • Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We are HQd in Canada with established hub regions around the world where we hire from.

  • Our employees (or Loopers as we call ourselves!) live and work in Canada (British Columbia and Ontario) London and India (specifically in Gujarat Maharashtra and Bengaluru).

  • The majority of our team is based in ON and BC which means these employees live and work remotely within a 300km radius of Toronto (within Ontario) and Vancouver (Within BC).

  • We offer flexible co-working locations available to Loopers in ON and BC. Those based in ON have the option of working out of our convenient co-working space located in the heart of Downtown Toronto and a 12-minute walk from Union Station. BC Loopers have the option to work centrally in Vancouver. It is whatever works best for you!

  • Youll collaborate with your teams virtually across the UK India and North America (were just a Zoom call and Slack message away!) with core sync hours and focus time for headsdown work during the workday
