About Our Client
Our client is a well-established professional services organization with a strong reputation for quality collaboration and long-term client relationships. They are seeking a Manager Business Development & Marketing to lead strategic initiatives that enhance market presence support revenue growth and strengthen internal engagement around business development efforts.
This is a senior-level role with visibility across the organization and close collaboration with leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute firm-wide business development and marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Partner with senior professionals to create and implement individual and practice-group marketing plans
Identify and advance cross-selling and client-growth opportunities
Lead responses to RFPs proposals pitches and other business development initiatives
Oversee branding external communications and content development across platforms
Manage and monitor the marketing and business development budget
Provide coaching and guidance to professionals on BD and presentation best practices
Track market trends competitive intelligence and client feedback to inform strategy
Mentor and support marketing staff and contribute to internal committees as required

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in a marketing and/or business development leadership role ideally within professional services
Strong strategic planning and project management skills
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing-related platforms
Collaborative proactive and solutions-oriented approach

Compensation & Work Environment

Salary range of $110000 $140000 commensurate with experience
