Resource Coordinator (Data Analyst)

Position Summary
The Resource Coordinator (Data Analyst) will be responsible for analyzing workforce and project resource data to ensure optimal allocation and utilization of talent across teams and projects. This role combines strong analytical skills with coordination abilities to provide insights streamline processes and support business decision-making regarding staffing and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate resource allocation across ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Collect analyze and interpret data related to workforce capacity utilization and availability.

• Develop and maintain dashboards reports and KPIs to support resource planning.

• Work closely with project managers and team leads to identify resource gaps and forecast needs.

• Optimize resource assignments by balancing workload skills and project priorities.

• Ensure data accuracy in resource management tools and databases.

• Support workforce planning scheduling and capacity management initiatives.

• Provide recommendations to management based on data-driven insights.

• Contribute to process improvements in resource planning and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Data Analytics Human Resources or related field.

• 24 years of experience in resource coordination workforce planning or data analysis roles.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency with Excel Power BI or Tableau.

• Experience with resource management or project management tools (e.g. MS Project SAP Smartsheet Clarity etc.).

• Knowledge of project management principles (Agile/Waterfall is a plus).

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
