- Tech stack: Advanced Excel basic/intermediate SQL Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira Trello or Confluence.
- Basic scripting or programming skills for analysis such as Python or VBA (preferred).
- Ability to design and deliver training sessions or workshops facilitating knowledge transfer.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills to solve complex problems and manage ambiguity.
- Understanding of business context and adherence to professional and ethical standards.
