Job Summary
Receipt and Storage of Raw Packaging and Miscellaneous Materials.
Job Responsibilities
- Receipt of raw marterial packing materials and miscellaneous materials as per standard operating procedure.
- Preparation of Check list Good receipt (in SAP) and labelling for raw materials and packing materials as per standard operating procedure.
- Responsible for submitting the RM/PM Invoices to finance department.
- To maintain the online documentation related to warehouse receipt activities on daily basis.(Receipt area logbooks updating Checklist updating).
- Responsible for preparation of Returnable Gatepass and Delivery Challan.
- Calibration of Weighing balance and Roll Label Counting Machine as per standard operating procedure.
- Distribution of material to various Departments.
- Handlinf of receipt rejected materials.
- Handling od RTV (returned to vendor) materials.
- Performs all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirement.
- Daily monitoring and recording of Temperature / Relative humidity in LVMP Receipt Area.
- Responsible for handling of damaged Raw / Packing / Miscellaneous materials during receipts as per standard operating procedure. Preparing of RTV and sending back to vendor.
- Works in a safe mannar collaborating as a team member to achive all outcomes.

Job Requirements
Education
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:-
- Good knowledge in MS office and SAP.
- Maintains good Interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Flexible to work.
Experience:-
- 7years of experience in GMP regulatory industry.
