- Prepare annual budget
Schedule expenditures and analyze variances Operations and Logistics Management: - Oversee and manage all daily warehouse activities including inbound receiving quality checks put-away storage inventory replenishment order picking packing and outbound shipping.
- Ensure timely and accurate flow of materials to and from the production lines to prevent downtime and support manufacturing schedules.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse processes to ensure consistency efficiency and quality.

| Safety Quality and Compliance: - Champion a world-class safety culture ensuring all operations strictly comply with GMI standards environmental regulations and internal company safety policies.
- Conduct regular safety audits risk assessments and training sessions to proactively identify and mitigate hazards.
- Ensure compliance with all quality and food safety standards (e.g. GMPs HACCP FDA regulations) maintaining the integrity of all raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean organized and secure facility in accordance with 5S principles and other housekeeping standards

| Inventory Management and Control: - Maintain exceptional inventory accuracy for all raw materials through robust cycle counting programs physical inventories and discrepancy resolution.
- Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) & Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to manage inventory levels track product movement & generate performance reports.
- Analyse inventory data to identify trends minimize slow-moving or obsolete stock and optimize storage utilization and slotting strategies.
