Job Summary
The VMD Specialist for Prestige will support in the design and visual merchandising efforts across Japan market in accordance with all the brand guidelines for our entire portfolio of brands under the COTY Prestige Division.
You will be the bridge between your internal Marketing Team to execute best-in-class luxury retail excellence for our points-of-sale and products to support the achievement of our commercial KPIs. You will also support in project management responsibilities for our business expansion and acceleration plans.

LAUNCH DEVELOPMENT & ANIMATIONS (TEMPORARY MERCHANDISING)
- Aspartofthe360launchplanassistinensuringthatsupportisgiventoyourMarketingTeamintermsofvisualmerchandisingupdatesaswellasanimationsincludingPRandconsumerevents
- CommunicatethespecificneedsofthelocalmarkettotheRegional/GlobalTeamsduringthesubmissionandapprovalprocess
- Retro-planningforalllaunchesandanimationsisrequiredtoensuretheTradePlanningCalendaranddeadlinesarewellmanaged
- EnsurequalityexecutionwithatouchofluxuryfinessewhichisrequiredfortheCOTYportfolioofbrands
POINT-OF-SALE MANAGEMENT

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to make a difference. As an experienced Visual Merchandising professional you will share your valuable experience with the team and you get energy from working in a fast-paced diverse and international environment. Other than that you should also have the following requirements:
- University graduate from artistic college
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience or previous experience in luxury cosmetics or fragrance brand
- You can work independently in a fast-paced working environment with tight deadlines
- You have experience working in global company is a strong communicator and cooperates well with both internal and external stakeholders
- You are customer-centric and possess a good understanding of consumer journey and shoppers experience
- Be proficient in retail channel
- Workable English in both written and oral communication
- Good PC skills and familiar with word Excel PPT AI and PS.
- Travel as required
