Roles and Responsibilities

顧客訪問オンサイトで顧客に対して製品トレーニングを効果的に実施する

適切なフォローアップ訪問やコール対応を通してのコール対応営業営業技術サービスと協力してのCS問題

を解決する

ユーザーズミーティング等を通してインストールベースの顧客満足に貢献する

インストールベース顧客の要望を吸い上げ開発へのタイムリーなフィードバックを行う

営業営業技術と協力し自モダリティメンバーの技術的臨床的専門性の最大化に貢献する

営業営業技術マーケティングと協力し新製品導入のスムーズな立ち上げに貢献する

重点インストールベース顧客へのサポートによる自社製品の評判向上や製品デモンストレーションプレゼンテーション等により自モダリティ製品の販売促進に貢献する

必要に応じて商談ミーティングに参加しアプリケーションの立場から顧客ニーズの把握差別化等に貢献する

インストールベース顧客からの画像収集等を通じて効果的なセールスツールの作成やその使用セミナーを通して市場で新製品のインパクトの最大化に貢献する

医療系学会技術大会にて会社を代表し製品ソリューション会社を宣伝する

One GEとして他のモダリティ超音波LCSSVを含む社内メンバーと協力し顧客に対するソリューション活動に貢献する

Required Qualifications

モダリティに関する臨床及び経験あるいはアプリケーションスペシャリストとしての経験が3年以上あること

出張が可能であること

品質問題等の難しい環境下において様々な相手とのコミュニケーション経験があること

複雑な問題の本質を把握しポイントをシンプルに伝えられるコミュニケーション能力があること

Desired Characteristics

診療放射線技師もしくは臨床検査技師の資格を有すること

企業や病院でのマトリックス組織における就労経験があること

組織のあらゆるレベルに対して周囲の人々を鼓舞し信頼関係を構築する能力があること

英語によるコミュニケーション能力

業務上の車を運転する場合については必要な範囲において運転記録の調査に従うこと
