Job Description

主な担当業務

担当顧客を理解し関係の構築とソリューション活動を生かして担当製品の営業を行う

市場特性を理解し顧客との関係を構築する

担当地域Area/Blockにおける戦略を着実に遂行する

受注売上利益市場シェアの最大化と製品及びソリューションの提供による高い顧客満足の獲得

チームおよび会社のリソースを最大限活用した良好かつ長期的な顧客関係の構築

CT/MR/MI/Intervention/Surgery/Rad/Mammography :製品説明およびプレゼンテーションのサポートフォローアップなどの策定実施

顧客担当として商談の鍵となる決裁者の情報等を含む顧客情報の作成記録メンテナンス - 情報ツールの活用により市場情報競合他社情報を含むを把握し戦略の策定実施を行う

HPMHealthcare Project Management:医療機器の設置導入担当チームとの協働によるPost-Salesのプロセスの効率化

One GEヘルスケアとして超音波PCS (Patient Care Solutions: 麻酔器生体モニター等の機器を含むその他画像診断機器の営業/技術担当者と協力しソリューション構築/提供に貢献する

期待される経験資格

医療機器営業経験がある方歓迎します

3年以上の医療機器もしくはその他の製品/サービスの法人営業経験をお持ちの方

高いコミュニケーション能力がありお客様との様々なシーンに対応するためのフットワークがあること

プレゼンテーション能力がありお客様に対し基本的な製品紹介ができること

現在の経験や知識に加えてGEヘルスケア製品やビジネスプロセスに関する知識を学ぼうとする意欲があること

高いモチベーションがあり社内外の関係者と一緒に協働できるチームプレーヤーであること

周囲のステークホルダーとのオープンな相互フィードバックができ前例に捉われず既存業務を改善していく姿勢があること

日本語が流ちょうである程度の英語英会話に抵抗がないこと

日本国内で業務車両を運転するための免許を取得していること

Microsoft Officeの知識およびPCのスキル

あると望ましい経験資格

大規模な/複雑な/戦略的な取引を取りまとめた経験

医療業界医療機器の知識経験

お客さまのニーズをくみ取りそこからソリューションを生み出すことができる

チーム力の推進及び促進のために高いバイタリティ熱意エンゲージメントがある

業務活動及びプロジェクト完了を推進するための十分な解析スキルと能力
