What youll build:

As a Customer Success Engineer atSAPLeanIX you are an essential part of our companys growth and success. Combining your advanced technical skills with your passion for ensuring customer satisfaction you will help SAP maintain itsposition as a leader in the Enterprise Architecture space making a significant impact on our customers businessesand their business transformations.

What youll do:

  1. Act as a primary technical contact for our key Enterprise customers providing high-level support and guidance on theSAPLeanIX product to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate closely with Product Management Engineering andCustomer Successteams to relay customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement of our product and services.
  3. Proactively identify potential customer challenges and provide strategic guidance leveraging industry best practices driving adoption and ensuring customer retention.
  4. Utilize a data-driven approach to analyzecustomer usage patterns working closely withCustomerSuccess team members to develop and execute tailored engagement plans addressing customers needs.
  5. Deliver efficient support to customers by continuously refining support processes identifying areas for improvement in response times and ensuring optimal resource allocation within theglobalteam.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of theSAPLeanIX product staying up-to-date with the latest enhancements and features and sharing knowledge and insights with the rest of the team.

What you will bring:

  1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related field.
  2. 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Customer Success Solutions Engineering or Support with a focus on working with Enterprise customers.
  3. Expertise in Enterprise Architecture cloud technologies SaaS platforms and integration technologies (e.g. RESTful APIs web hooks and iPaaS solutions) is highly desirable.
  4. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven ability to manage complexities.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and (preferably) German.
  6. Proven track record of leading technical discussions with customers fostering trust and driving customer satisfaction.
  7. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple high-impact tasks projects and customer engagements.
  8. Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 74500 - 126500(USD) actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skillsexperience scope ofthe role location etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
